The fixed infeed table design and oversized infeed opening gives the operator improved performance and durability when mechanically feeding.
Dual offset horizontal feed rollers lessens the need for the operator to manually control the machine when feeding large-diameter logs.
The AX19 comes standard with the Tree CommanderTM remote control, improving jobsite productivity by allowing the operator to control the functions of the brush chipper remotely. The remote control can be attached to the operator’s belt or held in an optional bracket mounted directly to the operator’s station of a Vermeer mini skid steer.
When equipped with the winch option, the winch can be operated with or without the boom in place, which is easily removed with just six bolts. When removed it allows the operator to mechanically feed the chipper, without the winch structure interfering with the loading process.
